Hainan plans to build green and smart water network by 2025
China's southern island province of Hainan targets to establish a green and smart water network as well as a modern water governance system by 2025 to match its Hainan Free Trade Port construction goals, according to the province's recently published 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025) on water resource utilization and protection.
